1. About These Terms

These terms and conditions apply to all tuition services provided by Faradex, a trading name of [Your Full Legal Name]. By booking a session, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

Faradex provides online tuition in electrical and electronic engineering subjects. Sessions are delivered one-to-one or in small groups via video call. Tuition is for educational support purposes — we do not complete coursework, assignments, or exams on behalf of students.

3. Booking & Payment

• Sessions must be paid for in advance at the time of booking.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
• Session packages must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
• Prices are as listed on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.
• Package hours are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• 24+ hours notice: Free cancellation or rescheduling. Full refund if cancelled.
• 12–24 hours notice: Rescheduling allowed (subject to availability). 50% charge if cancelled.
• Less than 12 hours notice: Full session fee charged. No rescheduling.
• No-shows: Full session fee charged.
• If I need to cancel or reschedule a session, you will be offered an alternative time or a full refund.

5. Session Packages

• Package hours are valid for 6 months from purchase.
• Unused hours are non-refundable after the 6-month period.
• Packages are non-transferable to other students.
• If you wish to cancel a partially-used package, a refund for remaining hours may be issued at the standard hourly rate (without the package discount).

6. Group Sessions

• Group sessions accommodate up to 3 students.
• All students in a group must be at the same level and studying the same subject.
• Each student is responsible for their own payment.
• The cancellation policy applies to each student individually.

7. Academic Integrity

Faradex supports learning and understanding. I will not complete coursework, assignments, lab reports, or exams on your behalf. Sessions are designed to help you develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed independently. If I believe a request compromises academic integrity, I reserve the right to decline it.

8. Limitation of Liability

While I aim to provide the highest quality tuition, I cannot guarantee specific grades or outcomes. Results depend on many factors including the student's own effort, prior preparation, and exam conditions. Faradex's liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant sessions.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials, notes, and resources provided during sessions remain the intellectual property of Faradex. You may use them for personal study but may not redistribute, publish, or sell them.

10. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
